Heaven practices intermittent fasting, which means she's on a time-restricted eating. She eats for eight hours and fasts for the remaining 16. She enjoys comfort food in the "morning," she told ABS CBN Entertainment. She has also revealed that when she is working, "I have to eat because it's tiring to cry," so she eats more.
Exercise is also a part of Heaven's stay-fit equation. She chooses to get her workouts in first thing in the morning to set her mood and make her feel productive. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Heaven maintains variety with exercise. "I've been doing Muay Thai, I've been doing workouts, running, walking, every day. Just different, tennis," she said, according to LionHearTV.
To prepare for a role, Heaven followed a specific diet. "Yes, actually, I did OMAD, which is one meal a day. But now, it's like me, my body wants to eat properly, it's like OMAD doesn't work for me, so you know, that's when I saw what was right for my body. I didn't starve myself either, I am eating vegetables and everything like that," she said.
Heaven also enjoys reading. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
In her latest vacation photos Heaven goes surfing. According to the Australian government's Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," they say.
