Kaia Gerber had a Merry Christmas with her family in her swimsuit. In a new social media post shared by her mother, Cindy, the supermodel shows off her flawless figure in a bathing suit top posing with the rest of her family. "My favorite thing about the holidays is that it brings families together. So grateful to spend time with mine! (Missing you @presleygerber!) My Christmas wish is that we all see and recognize that we are all more alike than we are different ♥️ Happy holidays!" her mother captioned the post. How does Kaia approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
Kaia is one of the many young stars who exercise at The Dogpound, a strength training mecca for celebrities. In one of her workouts, shared by the gym in March 2021 Kaia trains with Bachelor contestant Kit Keenan. In the clip, the two hold hands while executing a series of knee raises and arabesques while holding kettlebells and balancing on yoga hemisphere balls. The duo also complete gliding side lunges, side plank crunches, walking squats with resistance bands around thighs and feet, forward and backward jumps using resistance bands, crunches and leg lifts on hemisphere balls, and leg lifts and extensions done while wearing ankle weights.
Kaia doesn't starve herself. "I'm passionate about breakfast. I wake up hungry, so I always eat a bagel," she told Harper's Bazaar. Some of her other favorite foods include steak tacos, banana splits, and pasta. "I don't go a day without eating pasta. Penne with vodka sauce is my all-time favorite and is actually one of the things I know how to prepare myself."
"Staying in shape is definitely something I think about, but I don't let it get in the way. I'm active, but I'm not just going to wake up and go to the gym and not eat pizza. If there's pizza or if there's ice cream, I'm going to eat it," she told Byrdie in 2019 about the importance of maintaining balance.
Kaia prioritizes a good night's sleep. "Sleep is very important when you're traveling a lot to get your body clock on the time zone that you're in. I also like to spend time with my family. I don't want the distance to create space in the relationships that I have, so I try to keep in touch with them," she told Byrdie.
Kaia is all about self-care. Daily journaling, therapy, meditation, yoga, and breath work are all part of her self-care routine, she told Vogue. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:
- "Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
- Building skills to manage your stress
- Increasing self-awareness
- Focusing on the present
- Reducing negative emotions

- Increasing patience and tolerance
