Oriana Sabatini is modeling Alo workout clothes and heating up social media in the process. In a few new posts, the model and singer fiance of Paulo Dybala flaunts her amazing figure and flat abs in a cropped workout set from the yoga and lifestyle brand. "Cottage," she captioned one of the posts. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Oriana snorkels while she is vacationing. "tamo ready," she captioned a post wearing a mask and snorkel. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Another go-to water sport for Oriana? Standup paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

Sabatini dances up a storm on social media. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Sabatini explains to Teleshow that her mental health is a priority. She explained that she was "working hard" to get peace by seeing "many psychologist, psychiatrist, witch, spiritual teacher," and it worked. "We all have pain. One out there believes that she is working on it, but when you work on it on a spiritual level, little things are unlocked that, speaking, are not unlocked. That's why I like to try therapies."

She added that the "witch" helped her with "active meditations, breathing." "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions
  • Increasing imagination and creativity
  • Increasing patience and tolerance
  • Lowering resting heart rate
  • Lowering resting blood pressure
  • Improving sleep quality
