Jazz Club Owner Killed, Hidden In Club

MILWAUKEE, WI (CelebrityAccess) — Milwaukee Police are investigating the apparent homicide of a local musician and jazz club owner, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel is reporting.

Police said they found the body of 65-year-old Donald Lewis hidden inside of his establishment, the Young Urban Jazz Cafe, located at 2451 W. Fond Du Lac Ave.

Lewis and another individual Jason Dixon-McNeal had previously been reported as missing, but police said they later found Dixon-McNeal at a residence in Milwaukee. They subsequently reported finding Lewis's body hidden inside of the club.

The incident is being treated as a homicide and MPD has a person of interest in custody. The investigation is ongoing. – Staff Writers
